AccountsIQ is an exciting cloud based accounting solution provider, growing at an exceptional rate and we are looking to recruit a Support Services Assistant to support our clients after their implementation and their ongoing relationship with AccountsIQ.

This exciting role will work closely with the Support Team and will also work on the company accounts in order to gain the required knowledge of the system.
Working as part of a team this role will be gaining responsibility for the success of the client relationship while they are onboarding and will continue once they have adopted and are fully live on the system.
This role has a great deal of variety and due to company growth there will be opportunity to work towards a position within the Implementation or Sales Team if so desired, in either Dublin/UK.
The ideal candidates for this position will have completed an Accounting Technician course or similar qualification. Experience working with finance software is very advantageous and you would need to be extremely computer literate with experience using a large variety of software programs. Some previous working experience in an environment where the delivery of a very professional Customer Service role is paramount, would be a great advantage. Ability to work well in a team and to be able to work on your own initiative is also important, as is being very confident with dealing with clients on the phone. Enjoying helping clients is a must-have requirement for this role.
This role will be based in Blackrock, Co Dublin and salary will be based on relevant experience.
