Lead Generation Executive – Inside Sales

AccountsIQ is a cloud-based accounting solution provider, growing at an exceptional rate and we are looking to recruit a Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified appointments for the field sales team through outbound calling and to field inbound calls from prospects enquiring about AccountsIQ products and services.

The Role

The main responsibilities of this role include conducting high volumes of outbound telephone calls to prospective customers to identify decision makers and opportunities with the goal of setting an appointment for a sales representative (following up leads rather than completely cold calling) alongside fielding inbound calls from prospective customers generated from targeted marketing programmes.

The role involves working closely with our Sales team to schedule qualified demos and meetings, and build the pipeline, prospect for new business through research, social media, calls and following up with prospects as previously identified, as well as research to qualify new business opportunities in accordance with approved sales management guidelines. The Candidate

The ideal candidate for this position will have  at least1-2 years of lead generation or inside sales experience in a professional environment. They will have experience with heavy calling volumes (50-70 outbound/day) and be a great listener, quick thinker, and possess the ability to work independently and as a team. Experience in a corporate sales environment would be preferred as well as experience using a CRM, managing a pipeline and accurately forecasting close dates.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes, and time management skills. Candidates will be able to use Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and have the ability to quickly and expertly navigate the worldwide web, including utilisation of appropriate search techniques.

This role will be based in London and the successful candidate must be able to travel to meetings within the South East. The salary will be based on relevant experience. Closing Date: 14th January 2019.
