What support will I get?

During the onboarding phase, you will be given comprehensive training, support and handholding to ensure your users are confident using the software, and importantly, are able to take full advantage of all the benefits offered by AccountsIQ

When onboarding is complete, you will be handed over to our support team who are on hand to provide ongoing expertise and technical support on all aspects of the system.
Our Customer Success team members are highly knowledgeable experts on AccountsIQ software.
