AccountsIQ Wins Fast 50 Ranking for the Fifth Time in Six Years

AccountsIQ attributes its growth to digital innovation

17.12.20 Dublin — AccountsIQ, the Cloud-based Financial Management software company, has ranked once again in the 2020 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 – for the fifth time in 6 years.  AccountsIQ placed 39,  which ranks the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Ireland. Rankings are based on average percentage revenue growth over four years.

AccountsIQ’s COO, Darren Cran  explains

Digital innovation is at the heart of AccountsIQ and we are thrilled to rank in the Fast 50 once again. We’re also delighted for a number of customers using our accounting software who have also ranked in the Fast 50; dynamic growing companies such as Spearline, XSellco, Aryza and SilverCloud Health (who also won the Impact award) and Everseen, who took the top spot this year (and also won the Innovative Technology Award). These high-growth tech companies are great examples of the type of clients adopting AccountsIQ, who need the functionality, sophistication and scalability to handle the rapid growth they are experiencing. AccountsIQ has always enjoyed a unique position in the technology sector as being a great fit for fast-growing businesses, particularly as they expand internationally.”

About the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award

The awards, now in their 21st year, rank Ireland’s fastest growing technology companies and recognises indigenous technology companies that have demonstrated exceptional growth in turnover in the last four years. The Fast 50 programme is recognised as a barometer of a company’s success and provides it with a hugely valued, respected and marketable, public ‘badge of honour’.

Cumulatively, the 2020 Fast 50 winners generated approximately €3.3 billion in total annual revenues and employed over 4,600 people in 2019. The average revenue of companies featured in the ranking was approximately €90 million, while the average growth rate of the companies over the last four years was over 400%. Compared with last year, there are 13 new companies on the ranking.

Announcing the winners at the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 programme, David Shanahan, Partner, Deloitte, said: “Every year at the Fast 50 Awards, we celebrate the incredible innovation and entrepreneurship displayed by Irish tech companies and the immense contribution they make to our economy. It is inspiring to see the countless examples of companies who, over the last year, have demonstrated resilience, innovated, adapted and thrived in the face of uncertainty and new challenges.”

“We’re delighted to be supporting and recognising these companies through the Fast 50 Technology Awards programme.  Over the last 21 years, the Fast 50 has become the benchmark of success for Irish tech companies.”
