Training is an essential part of our onboarding process and can be conducted in several forms depending on your preferences and requirements. We can provide online or on-site training for you and your colleagues:
We have created an excellent e-learning platform called AIQ Academy which provides users with ‘on demand’ learning about all the features of AccountsIQ’s financial management platform. There is also a plethora of online “How to” videos and manuals for you to explore on some of the more complex functions (eg: Excel Add-in).
Once live, we “hand hold” for the first month to ensure everything is running smoothly.
We also monitor user feedback to determine changes or additional training required.
