Customer Success Trainer (Part-time)

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Learning, the successful candidate will design, develop, implement, and assess training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our customers and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive training programs for new employees, existing staff, and clients on the use of our products and services
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create training materials
  • Conduct training sessions in-person and remotely for individuals and groups
  • Customise training content based on the audience's needs and skill levels
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users to maximize utilization and adoption of the tool
  • Create and update educational content

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is an advantage
  • 3+ years experience with cloud-based accounting software, including system integrations, and user management is essential
  • 3+ years training experience, delivering training online/on-site to employees or clients on software systems, especially within a technical or financial context
  • Knowing how to create training materials and programs and proficient in MS365
  • Previous educational content video creation experience is beneficial
