With different governments releasing various school closures, travel policies and guidance surrounding the outbreak, AccountsIQ wants to reassure its customers and partners that their services will continue as normal.
AccountsIQ System Access
AccountsIQ is a 100% web-based accounting platform, so your staff will continue to have access to AccountsIQ if they find themselves working from home due to schools having to close, needing to care for family members, or indeed, being required to self-quarantine.
Accessing Technical Support
AccountsIQ already operates a remote working policy with secure access to systems via cloud in place, so we have had to make very little change to the company structure for work to continue as normal. Our support channels will be unaffected by any changes but in order to have any support queries dealt with please raise a ticket via support@accountsiq.com
Implementation & Training
AccountsIQ will continue to On-Board & Train as normal but ask customers to appreciate that we will deliver this using Zoom video conferencing rather than Face to Face for now, which is also better for the environment. Should you be concerned with any impact to your Go-Live plans for your new Cloud Financial Management System please get in touch with your On-Boarding Lead.
Product Development
Our Development Team will continue to maintain the product and platform and design new enhancements to ensure AccountsIQ continues to progress and evolve in line with our customer needs.
We will continue to evaluate this policy in accordance with advice from Governments and accredited Health Organisations.
