AccountsIQ has been implemented across the Insomnia coffee shop group, replacing the existing SAGE Line 200 on-premise system with a hosted cloud based accounting system tailored for franchises. This involves all accounting and management reporting for over 30 Insomnia branches.
The EPOS systems in each location have also been integrated directly into AccountsIQ, to provide daily real time updates. This updates sales and cash information to facilitate detailed sales and margin analysis and tight daily controls.
AccountsIQ facilitates powerful Business Analysis across all stores, and strong financial control, including automated reconciliation with electronic Bank Statements to tightly control bank lodgements with EPOS.
